I don't know where to start when it comes to my thoughts on Ashley as our realtor. She is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She is one of the most personable and charming people I've ever met and I told her multiple times that that must have so much to do with why she is so successful. Ofcourse, that is not the only reason she dominates the real estate business. She is also incredibly smart, on top of things, crazy passionate and wildly driven to succeed. Her relationships not only with her buyers, but the realtors of the sellers, is such a huge key to her success. I have really hammered home Ashley's charisma and how this contributes so greatly to her success. She was always accessible. She always made me feel like I and my needs were her top priority. I made a mistake earlier. I had not dealt with any previous Century 21 staff. The previous realtor I walked away from was not a Century 21 employee.
